                           A Patterned Plan of Essay Writing (A)
     To write, you are supposed to work out an outline first. Some people do it after collecting data. But this is certainly important,especially when it is a big thing you are writing.
     Then you should analyze what you are doing with all the data in your hand. Ask a couple of questions like "why do I write this?" "For whom?"
     Of course you cannot build a house without cement or bricks. You should stay in your library, if you have one in your school or community. Collect as much data as you think your paper needs. Do not hate librarians.
     Then you must sit down to write. You can use a computer of course. But use your own head, rather than plagiarize other people's works.
     Before handing it in, look at it again and again for mistakes and weaknesses.

     Suppose you are going to write a thesis for a BA degree. You should, before anything else, work out an outline. You can of course do this after all the necessary library work, but you don't have to,because, according to some interviewed instructions of Oxford,improving the outline, or starting it all over again, is possible whilst and after you carry out the writing project.
     Analyze the task you are given. For what purpose are you writing? For what readers? What style to adopt? How long will it take? Without this precaution, any venture of the eye and mind is just angling in a pond without fish.
     Make friends with librarians and bury yourself in the forest of shelves. Search and borrow something helpful. Learn and assimilate something, but don't plagiarize anything. 教育互联
     All these done, you can go to your desk. Be sure to have no distraction, for you are supposed to finish the serious job of writing the main thing at one or two sittings.
     Don't present the first draft at that. Proofread it carefully several times. You are sure to find out more. Sometimes asking someone else to find faults with it does you good. Make it presentable--grammatical, well organised, logical, readable, original and beautiful--before handing it in.
